For the third consecutive year, The Sound has been honored with GMA Dove Award nominations! Their latest album, God Is Real, has been nominated for Bluegrass/Country/Roots Album of the Year. The single after which the album was named has also been nominated for Bluegrass/Country/Roots Song of the Year alongside fellow artists Dolly Parton, Carrie Underwood, and Anne Wilson.
The Sound garnered their first ever Dove nomination in 2020. That year, they also performed during the globally televised 50th Annual GMA Dove Awards. 2021 saw them earn two nominations; a feat they’ve now repeated in 2022.
