The Sound first participated in the GMA Dove Awards in 2020. That year, they performed during the world-famous show in what was the first ever virtual Dove Awards ceremony. The following year, they were honored to present Doves in multiple categories as well as speak about what that year’s GMA theme meant to them.
This year, The Sound is once again honored to perform on the 53rd Annual GMA Dove Awards pre-telecast. Set to air on Friday, October 21st just before the main ceremony starts, the pre-telecast is where the majority of each year’s winners are announced. The Sound is one of four performances that will air during this portion of the program.
