On October 30, 2020, The Sound will be performing on the 51st Annual GMA Dove Awards. This is a first for the trio! Comprised of members Rob, Jacob, and Levi Mills, the band was formed in 2017 and signed with New Day Records in 2019.
“2020 has truly been an incredible year for The Sound,” shares Levi, “yet at the same time it’s been very humbling. We never could have imagined what God had in store for this year, especially in the midst of such troubling times for the world. He’s blessed us over and over again in ways that include a number one song, a Dove Award nomination, and now an opportunity to perform for millions of people across the world on the 51st Annual GMA Dove Awards. It’s overwhelming and humbling to experience.”
Rob adds “We’d like to thank God first and foremost for who he is and how he’s blessed us. We’d also like to say a huge thank you to the Gospel Music Association for including us in their programming for year’s Dove Awards. We’re absolutely blown away.”
